Ruby Marzovilla has acquired extensive experience in customer service, accessibility advocacy, and health consulting. Currently, Ruby Marzovilla works remotely as a customer service representative at Maximus, scheduling COVID-19 vaccination appointments, along with other responsibilities.

Ms. Marzovilla is also the core team's accessibility lead at COLAGE National. Since May 2019, she has supported a team of 20-30 staff members, helping them fill access needs confidentially and creating comprehensive access plans. Her role entails coordinating American Sign Language interpreters for large community events and facilitating disability justice-centered curricula.

As a freelance health consultant, Ms. Marzovilla has been providing personalized fitness plans and wellness coaching since 2017. She motivates clients through Zoom workout sessions, teaches proper form for weightlifting, and supports healthier living practices.

Ruby Marzovilla holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and anthropology from Oberlin College. During her time there, she worked as a sports medicine student aide, becoming automated external defibrillator (AED), CPR, and First Aid certified. Outside of work, she enjoys dance choreography and has worked on music video projects.
